Bouquets, Bunches & Arranged Flowers in Vases

 

Seasonal

Our flowers are seasonal. If a flower listed is not available we will replace it with something equally as beautiful. We arrange a wild, natural look rather than a set design.

 

Size

Our bouquets, bunches & arranged flowers in vases will vary slightly in size, this due to being a live natural product. We give approximate measurements.

Life

Our flowers are arranged fresh the day before your event. They should maintain their freshness for your event and a few days after. However being a fresh live product if not cared for properly e.g left in hot conditions, exposed to high wind or lack of water their condition will deteriorate sooner.

 

Delivery

Delivery is not included unless our delivery and dressing service has been paid for.

 

Collection

Collection from us in Torquay is on the morning of your event between 7.00am - 9.00am.

Address and directions can be found on purchase receipt.

Decoration Packages

Flowers

See above for details of arranged flowers in vases.

Hire Stock

This is stock that belongs to us and is to be returned after your event. This includes flower vases /vessels, candelabras, centre circles, tablecloths /lace decoration, napkins.

Candles

We do not provide candles. Non drip candles must be used to prevent damage to our decoration.

We do not take responsibility for any damage made by the use of candles.

Collection

Delivery is not included unless our delivery and dressing service has been paid for.

Collection from us in Torquay is on the morning of your event between 7.00am - 9.00am.

Address and directions can be found on purchase receipt.

 

Hire Stock Return

All our hired stock is to be returned to us within 48hrs from collection.

 

Loss / Damages Deposit

A 30% loss / damages deposit is required when booking our decoration packages. You will be sent an invoice requesting the payment which can be paid up to 5 days before your event. This 30% loss / damages deposit will be refunded via the same way it was paid on the return of undamaged complete stock.

Loss or Damaged Payments

Items loss or damaged will be charged the replacement cost. This will be deducted from your Loss / Damages deposit paid. If the amount exceeds the 30% deposit paid a further invoice will be issued requesting the outstanding amount to be paid within 30 days.

Delivery and Dressing Service

 

Pre-Booking

Your event date must be confirmed via email with us first before pre-booking and paying via our online shop.

Event Day Dressing

Your event tables and chairs must be assembled and ready to dress before we arrive. We will cover the tables with our tablecloth finishes and display decoration ready for venue staff to lay-up with cutlery and glassware. We will then add the finishing touches. This includes our napkins and any other decoration required such as name cards, favours & gifts. 

Delivery & Arrival Time

We delivery to venues within a 40mile radius of Torquay. We will arrive at your event venue at a pre-arrange time. This instructed by you or your event organiser.

Pre-Order Bookings

Please understand-

Due to events being booked many months in advance, filling a canceled order may be difficult for us.

Our flowers are grown to fill our orders, our decoration and time is allocated to booked dates, cancel and we're unlikely to fill this space at short notice.

 

Booking Fee

Once a payment has been made for a pre-booked product via our website 25% is taken as a booking fee, this is non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

Bouquets and Bunches notice of cancellation- 

90 days or more 75% refund is given.

30 - 89 days 50% refund is given.

5 - 29 days 25% refund is given.

0 - 4 days no refund given.

Decoration Packages notice of cancellation- 

90 days or more 75% refund is given.

30 - 89 days 50% refund is given.

5 - 29 days 25% refund is given.

0 - 4 days 10% refund given.

 

Delivery & Dressing service notice of cancellation- 

90 days or more 75% refund is given.

30 - 89 days 50% refund is given.

1- 29 days 25% refund is given.

On event day cancellation 0% refund given.

Discount Codes

All discount codes require a minimum spend of £120. Your code is to be added in the note section when ordering through our website shop page. Only one discount offer can be used per event.
